The 21st century saw our country and the region recovering from the catastrophes of 1998. New challenges appeared with the dramatically changing scenario. Socio-political trends were demanding that we, manufacturers and producers, respond right immediately. Our markets were always more quality centered, more competitive, more global and more innovative. If we were not to pursue these targets we would be edged out of the way.
We saw the need for changing attitudes and approach ,to our professional strategies. And we moved to reshape the heart and mind of ATP. With a focus on our Company culture of Quality, Reliability and Service we mobilized the rank and file of our company. Drawing on more than three decades of experience and learning, we restructured our organization to be totally and quickly committed to customer’s goals. We reshaped the way we operate by delivering our experience and expertise to create solutions, at the same time revitalized our technology, technical skills and facilities.
We refreshed the way we approach market opportunities and enhanced the methods we deliver our skills, products and services. In parallel we moved to reinforce the strong and enduring partnerships we enjoyed with our existing customers.
Because we acted swiftly, the rewards came quickly with international recognition; we were awarded the ISO 9002 KEMA. In 2007, we obtained the HACCP & GMP certification for our Crowns manufacturing facility in our Kapuk Plant, Jakarta. To complete these recognitions, our Ancol plant was also awarded the HACCP & GMP certification mid 2008.
Our market expanded both geographically and in supplying more products and services. For example international manufacturers appointing us as sole supplier, now distribute their products packaged in our cans worldwide.
To celebrate our reshaped profile, we adopted a dynamic twin- arrow, upward reaching logo which clearly positions our aspirations. The arrows are joined to symbolize that success will come with our new and energetic team-spirit. We hope this energy is contagious and will further stimulate our business partners.
One of our, obviously motivated, staff members supplied our new motto, “Never Ending Enhancement”. This is the promise we make to every customer. As their partners in business our success and theirs are inter-twined. By integrating our skills and services we can be assured a respected place in today’s volatile market.
